The Way to Prepare Kabsa Rice
- Soak 1 kg Basmathi rice in 1 litre water and wash it well
- Mildy fry 140 gm onion in oil and add 75 gm tomato paste or 200 gm tomato juice into it
- Add 3 table spoon Bazmala Kabsa Masala
- Pour 2 litre water (as it for ghee rice) in the prepared mix and boil. Now put mutton/beef into it
- After 5 minutes put the rice and boil, then store it well and put an air tight lid (in the case of chicken put both the rice and chicken together)
- After 3 minutes lower the fame and after 10 minutes put the fire
- Open the led after 1 hour. Now softly mash the clotted rice
- Kabsa can be prepared in Pressure Cooker also
