The Way to Prepare Chilli Chicken
750 gm to 1 kg. Chicken chopped into small pieces clean and drain out water, add this pack of Bazmala Chilli Chicken Mix and egg white smash to form a paste. Apply this paste to chicken pieces and soak for half an hour. Fry it in oil and serve hot. This can be used for Cauliflower, Fish and Mushroom also. Do not add salt.
